Ship pallets from WooCommerce straight to Raben
CargoPlug is a direct integration with Raben TMS. Transport order, shipping label and tracking status — created from the WooCommerce order screen in seconds, over the official Raben SOAP API, on your own contract and rates.
14 days free, no card required. Works on your own carrier contract with Raben.
From order to label in half a minute
This is what dispatching a pallet looks like when your store and your carrier speak the same language.
Open the order
The CargoPlug panel is pre-filled: receiver address, weight calculated from products, cash-on-delivery amount taken from the order total. Shipping 4 pallets? Type „4”.
Click „Create shipment”
CargoPlug sends the transport order straight to the carrier’s TMS and receives the shipment number back. From the orders list you can do it with a single click — without even opening the order.
The label prints itself
A PDF or ZPL label lands on your warehouse printer via PrintNode before anyone walks up to the pallet. Tracking statuses are one click away and saved in the order notes.
Built on the carrier’s documentation, not around it
A direct integration with the official TMS API — no middlemen, no broker price lists, on your own negotiated rates.
One-click transport orders
Multiple goods lines (pallets, half-pallets, cartons), domestic and international shipments, additional services: document return, pallet exchange, phone advice, timed deliveries.
PDF and ZPL labels
Download to disk in the size you need (100×150 mm, A6, A5, A4) or send raw ZPL to a thermal printer. CargoPlug handles the scaling.
Auto-print with PrintNode
The label reaches your Zebra or Xprinter the moment the shipment is created. If the TMS hasn’t generated it yet, CargoPlug retries automatically.
Cash on delivery, zero setup
Customer chose COD at checkout? The amount jumps into the transport order automatically, in the order’s currency. No separate shipping method to configure.
Shipment tracking
Full status history from the TMS in one click, saved to the order notes. You know where the pallet is before the client asks.
Speaks your language
English, German and Polish — CargoPlug follows your WordPress admin language. Compatible with HPOS and the latest WooCommerce.
What manual dispatching actually costs you
Typing a pallet order into a TMS portal by hand — address, goods lines, services, COD, then the label — takes about 4 minutes. With CargoPlug it takes seconds. Multiply that by your monthly volume:
| Shipments / month | Time saved | Labour value | CargoPlug plan | You keep |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100 | ≈ 7 h | ≈ €120 | STARTER €49 | ≈ €70 / month |
| 500 | ≈ 33 h | ≈ €600 | BUSINESS €79 | ≈ €520 / month |
| 1000 | ≈ 67 h | ≈ €1,200 | PRO €249 | ≈ €950 / month |
Each dispatched shipment saves about €1.20 of labour — so the Starter plan pays for itself after 41 shipments, Business after 66. For most stores that’s the first week of the month. Everything after that is your margin back.
Assumptions are deliberately conservative: 4 minutes saved per shipment (manual portal entry vs. one click) and €18/hour warehouse labour cost. They don’t include fewer typing errors, no copy-paste address mistakes, and dispatch that doesn’t stop when the one person who knows the portal is on holiday.

Frequent questions
Do I need my own carrier contract?
Yes — CargoPlug connects to the Raben TMS API using your own access credentials (EDI login, customer number, department). You’ll receive them from your Raben customer care specialist; our setup guide walks you through the configuration, and the carrier also needs to add your server’s IP address to their access list. You ship on your own negotiated rates — no middlemen.
How is this different from shipping through a broker or a platform?
A broker dispatches on their price list and their account. With CargoPlug your store talks directly to the carrier’s TMS — your contract, your rates, your data, zero commission per shipment. You also don’t need a separate order-management platform: everything happens in the WooCommerce admin you already know.
How does the free trial work?
14 days on the Pro plan: every feature, no shipment limit, no card required. That’s enough to test the Raben integration on real shipments (ideally on the carrier’s test environment first). When the trial ends nothing is charged — CargoPlug simply stops creating new shipments until you pick a plan. Your settings, order data and labels already issued stay untouched. One trial per store.
What happens when I hit my plan’s limit?
CargoPlug warns you with a counter on the order screen as you approach the limit, and pauses creating new shipments once you reach it. Upgrade to a higher plan and the limit unlocks immediately — shipments, labels and tracking you’ve already created keep working throughout.
What printer do I need for auto-printing?
Any printer visible to your computer: a thermal one (Zebra, Xprinter — via ZPL or PDF) or a regular office printer (PDF in A4/A5/A6). Auto-printing requires the free PrintNode client on the computer connected to the printer; downloading labels manually works with nothing extra.
Is my data safe?
CargoPlug communicates directly with the carrier’s servers over an encrypted connection (TLS) — your order data never passes through our servers. We only verify the license key. The code runs entirely on your own hosting.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes — sales are handled by Freemius, which automatically issues an invoice with your company details and settles VAT (EU VAT numbers with reverse charge are supported for businesses).
